Erros acontecem. É totalmente compreensível que, eventualmente, não se tenha conhecimento suficiente para solucionar alguma falha muito específica da melhor maneira. Nesses casos, a única saída é ser transparente, admitir que precisa de ajuda e demonstrar genuíno interesse em resolver o problema. Às vezes um erro pode ser resolvido simplesmente mudando uma pequena parte do processo sem que afete o resultado final, oferecer alternativas para o cliente pode ser a solução e claro, sempre comunicando os impactos, vantagens e desvantagens entre uma ou outra abordagem.
