Manage expectations and state clearly what is limit you can provide/support. Once that is clearly communicated you may even have chance to learn from client how you can expand your limit - unless it is less experienced client. After all, client deals with many counterparties and may teach you ways how others have made it possible (of things you currently feel impossible). If client is making unreasonable demand simply because he is not experienced, guide them. They will remember it and appreciate you for preventing them embracing themselves with unreasonable demand. If client gets too familiar with you, that’s good. Just remember that you are not the only person he can get familiar with. It will come and go again and again.
