Clear organization helps maintain design quality. Establish basic guidelines: color palette, typography, key elements. Document changes and analyze their impact on the concept. Engage with the client and explain how the changes will affect the project. Be flexible, but respect boundaries so as not to dilute the design. Conduct testing at every stage to make sure the user experience is maintained. Structure and communication are key to maintaining stability in the face of frequent change.

Regular check-ins help ensure changes align with the design vision. Using version control tools like Figma or Git lets you track adjustments and easily revert if needed. There should be an Scope change management tool,as a part of project management, in which each and every change should be recorded irrespective of whether it is having an cost impact or not. In addition, there should be option in that tool to record impact on timeline of the project. Also it is recommended to have questionnaire at the start of every change entered in that tool, which would be like, "will the design fail without this change"?, or " will the design becomes unsafe without this change." In a nut shell, whether this change is " a nice to have " or " need to have". With these steps we can eliminate many unwanted changes and make sure the quality of the design doesn't gets affected.

Even after all the deliverables promised , the clients will always wanna change it because in a long term work say of a month , they also dont know what more or less can work out. I think offering a dynamic set of deliverables with a number of creatives which are locked that you have to give , will be promising both ways.

To keep my design consistent I always make a UI KIT at the start of every project to make sure that things are consistent, to maintain the quality I always keep my fellow colleagues in touch for the feedback after completion of my design so that if I miss something they can point out.
