I will try to assert my control in a democratic way. If his points are plausible,.I will lend support and if not I will explain it to the audience in an amicable manner. If it continues, I will have a one to one discussion with the team member to understand the logic behind his behavior. Based on the logic I will resolve the issue there and then. But if the situation does not improve, I will have that person transferred from the team as h/she is destroying the harmony of the team.
