Two more points to add to these: Build more connections: This networking strength with your personality cannot be beaten by any technology. You should be their go-to person when they need some connections. Build leadership skills: This is one more area where no technology can surpass you. For updating tech knowledge, I always take inputs from my old students who are already much ahead in tech skills and I don't hesitate to ask them for help in this field. I had seen that their respect for me had increased whenever I took their inputs and help and they were very happy to help their teacher.

It is expected in this age. the 'More knowledgeable one' of technology is the student. The teacher has to upskill his / her knowledge of technology. Accept the limitation and get the students to teach you. During the Pandemic we were suddenly thrown into a stage where we had to get tech savvy. Have an open mind and try to get into the growth mindset. Try to be your natural self. that should help you to gain the respect of the students and make class management smoother.

Project-based learning could be one of the most effective approaches to deliver learning in the digital age. By involving students with authentic, technology-related projects, PBL creates collaboration in educators and learners by reaping their different strengths together. For instance, such learners may develop digital presentations or create applications or do data analysis using varied software tools while educators support them in critical thinking, problem-solving or ethical issues. Focusing on hands-on, inquiry-driven projects, PBL could guarantee active participation, closing the gap between traditional teaching methods and modern digital advancements.

Accompanying the teaching-learning process of the students we are in charge of, that is, knowing the family and social context of the group of students, to guide them in their daily behaviors in relation to the use of electronic devices, for example. On the other hand, to verify the student's daily routines, through a digital organizer, managed by parents and teachers.

Let us understand that learning is an ongoing process and if we keep the learning to be humanistic, where teachers are also looked at humans who have to yet evolve with time, a strong bond between teachers and students can thrive. The belief that a teacher must know everything is incorrect..the expectations are wrong...a teacher has to be taken as a master of maybe a few subjects, an adult who can build socio emotional skills in students, make them challenge and impart empathy and collaboration.
