As someone who is on multiple senior leadership panels, there's nothing more than I hate than fixed project proposals. Obviously it will differ based on each individual and their personalities, but I find more refreshment in seeing authentic, and fun ideas. Just ensure that when you create your proposal(s) that they follow the basics, but don't feel restricted to doing what the trend is. It's never about following the popularity rather how we can make it popular. 1. Ensure clarity in your work; you need to have a clear goal and something that the company can work with. 2. Offer solutions to problems that may arise during the development of your work. 3. Breakdown the costs and development time clearly so a sketch of timeline is possible.
