What normally i did is: 1.'find out the benefit of the technology for the team 2. Checking their understanding of it technology because some Times resistance comes from Miss understanding and or feeling stupid if they did not know 3. Brief them and teach team how it useful for them

To start with, make myself familiar and understand fully the new tech. Then I myself will make a "FUN training" on that particular technology.

Very valid perspective 😊 If its the key team members that we are talking about - it means we trust their judgement. And if they are resisting a new technology, then firstly we must try to understand the reason. It could be: 1) Trust on the established tech-stack, 2) Proven historical records, 3) Ease and Familiarity of existing processes. ... and many more. All above factors could lead to resistance (not necessarily in a negative way). Hence, if we still need to propose new technology, then we should its benefits over the long run and upcoming market trends 😊 Also, we must convey how our clients are interested to use it for their business. So patience is the key factor here to help them onboard 😇

I found that if you let team members have a role in the technology evaluation and selection process this usually isn’t a problem. After that if there is still an issue, it usually can be solved with some good training.
