I have found it beneficial to use good quality images added to posts for optimum impact. It also helps to engage with your users/ readers with consistent and interactive social media posts. And the website or blog should be easy to find! That takes resources and effort. The biggest takeaway is to ensure that quality is maintained.

If you create content on various topics, tailor your content to match the interests of each platform’s audience. - Avoid publishing identical content across all platforms. An audience is engaged only if your headlines, log-lines and social media posts are snappy and well-written. Or they lean on to a controversy of some kind. But that's not sustainable. Post on social media, ask a question, put a comment that keeps responding open, and be direct. Dense text with lots of technical terms, even in industries like tech & software, can be a turn-off. For a website to stay current, sharp, relevant blogs, web parts like photos and short videos keep it fresh. Also use notifications smartly, don't over notify. And keep socials consistent and toxicity free.

Make space for promoting activities. There are different opinions on how much time you have to invest in all marketing and sales activities, but at least 20% of the time you needed to write your content should go into marketing it. Some people say even up to 80% for promotion. People won't find you by coincidence, today, you have to actively push your stuff.
