Recently I have done two giant projects with Bruckner, Bonfanti, and the JKAMPF team including the Local Design team for the project. In my opinion following should be the measurables to deliver the project within time, 1. Define Clear Project Goals, 2. Use some management tools to memorize what you have to plan for the next day and what you should done today. I use a simple Microsoft One Note tool to keep a record 3. Ensure the right allocation of team members keeping in mind the strength of each individual. 4. Schedule regular team meetings and transfer everything to each member so they feel important, creating a self-belief in them. 5. Identify the controllable risks that can cause the delay in the project timeline.
