Eine Infrastrukturmaßnahme wie eine Bundesautobahn lässt sich nicht mit Bambus realisieren, auch wenn der ökologische Fußabdruck besser wäre. In den meisten Bauprojekten gilt seit den 60er Jahren der Grundsatz Form folgt Funktion, jedoch muss hier ein Wandel eintreten was die Funktion angeht. Aus meiner Sicht muss hinterfragt werden, ob die Funktion von Bautätigkeiten mit hohem Volumen nicht hinterfragt werden muss. All lorries and HGVs who travel and work at night should be given a 50% reduction or even 100% if they can prove there company can comply and help reduction in day time traffic of HGVs if the government or the Highways agency crunched the numbers I am sure it would benefit the volume of traffic and reduce the day time activity on motorways

And when I say society I mean it as a holistic concept including the environment, the other living beings sharing the territory with humans and the potential outreach of that infrastructure on other areas.

What we need is a committed decision to reintegrate nature back into our cities so we receive provision mentally, physically, socially, socio-economically, sustainably, economically, logistically, historically and spiritually. We can reintegrate nature in existing structures in the heart of our cities without deteriorating what we have.
