When dealing with negotiators that are not very flexible. Effective negotiators try to discover these constraints and help the other party overcome them rather than dismiss them as irrational. I will look for other ways to get concessions in different areas that they could be more flexible in. When it comes to real estate, if they’re not very flexible on the price, you look for concessions like closing costs or personal property that could be included in the sale. Showing frustration in negotiations is not very conducive to getting the best outcome. Remember the glass is half full, not half empty.
