I’ve got two rules I stick to: Never open an unsolicited email that professes to give you the answers you crave. Do your own research: The web/YouTube/ChatGPT/Gemini/Industry publications/white papers/Linkedin will provide you with a myriad of information that’ll shine the light where you need it. Attend as many conferences/Webinars/ industry networking events as you can to discover how others in your industry (and beyond) are using new tech, SAAS platforms, techniques and solutions. Listen and learn.
