There has to be an inert necessity to have a holistic approach towards this sorts of communication and the gap is inevitable due to the lack of this particular holistic approach due to the dynamic nature of the specialisation that each of them adopt which has to be eliminated. This response would sit well not just with this particular domain being discussed but has a general connotation to it. Apart from that there are certain ethical and moral values that come into the picture which have to be critically internalised by each individual. Human nature has its inert role and has to deal with a more broader outlook of understanding human nature.

One way to do this is by asking yourself, "How can I simplify this for the other person without losing the core meaning?" Another is by actively listening to clarify any confusion and confirming understanding before moving forward. Clear communication isn’t just a skill—it’s the glue that keeps teams functioning smoothly under pressure.

With patient care as the number one priority, it is sometimes natural for the two sides of a healthcare operation to lose sight of what the other side is doing. One side mired in body fluids and emergencies, and the other side is mired in a tidal wave of changing government and insurance compliance. One thing that can help the two sides connect is taking 2 to 3 minutes at the top of a meeting to share a “here my top priorities and here’s an example of what’s going on in my world”, building both empathy and understanding of how to better support each other and lean on each other when fatigue or burnout is at risk.

Daily check-ins (stand-up meetings): Short meetings every morning help coordinate teams and address urgent matters.

Having clearing job, goals, and objectives and how everything works together is huge to being successful. Communication is also fundamental. One thing I semi disagree with is meetings to have meetings. Meetings that are well planned and bring clarity and open communication are going to be what’s needed, not a meeting every Tuesday to have one. Meetings should be to the point, clarify any questions, comments, and concerns, and being a building block for team work. Too many meetings that don’t get anything done can breed frustration and resentment.

Health care is an important function for any organization to work. Therefore, bridging the gap between admin and healthcare is important. Just after noticing the issue, it needs to be addressed at all levels. -Initially, the team leads / managers of both departments need to be called and the cause of the drift needs to be enquired. -The points from both need to be heard and then resolved immediately. -A team bonding activity between the teams needs to be arranged to improve cohesion between the both.

One thing I have found helpful is to develop complian feedback mechanism where each can raise his or her voice to be heard and gets feedback ASAP. I admit that there is need to have medium of communication each and everybody can access to reduce manipulation of informations in the team
