Balancing user needs and business goals seems impossible. How do you find common ground among team members?
As a User Experience Designer, you're often caught between the rock of user needs and the hard place of business goals. This tightrope walk can seem daunting, but it's your job to find the balance that satisfies both without compromising the integrity of the product. You have to champion the user while also understanding the business perspective, ensuring that the product is not only desirable and usable but also viable and profitable. The key to success lies in finding common ground among team members, fostering an environment where each voice is heard and considered in the quest for that sweet spot where user satisfaction and business success intersect.
