It’s important to understand why client is behaving like that. It may be that they are not interested to associate with you as they are not satisfied with you. Hence, take proactive action to ensure client is satisfied and retained. Have one to one discussion with client and understand in detail what is the issue and be transparent and realistic in the discussion. Pls give them confidence that the issue will be resolved and henceforth it will not happen. Take necessary actions at your end ensure client is satisfied. Once this is resolved, please take feedback from client and ensure connect with them always.
