I would say there are 2 parts to this: 1. Communicating your brand vision in a meaningful way. What are you trying to do? But more than that - how are you trying to help people? What are the outcomes in people's lives because of that? It has to be very clear - it has to be logical - and it has to be reasonable or your employees will either have nothing to guide them or think it's a off the deep end. 2. You have to allow for conversation. If you refuse to be challenged and it's everyone either with us or not with us you will lose your internal buy-in. Your team is made of people - people are intelligent & have opinions. There has to be healthy expression in a real way.

As an employer, one needs to understand that, the employees talk about the company they work with, their policies and various other engagements initiated by the employers for them. In order to have an amazing employee branding, we need to know what the employees want during the work hours. It can be a quarterly outing, a lunch or dinner, Friday games in office with some goodies to the winners. This does not only increase the morale of the employees but they tend of increase their productivity towards their work and generate loyalty towards the organization.
