This needs to be addressed asap as it's highly unprofessional to damage your brand because of internal politics. 1) Bring the team together in a session to work out the conflicts. It should be a safe space and an open invitation for detractors to share their frustrations but agree on a clear action points and owners. Bring in a neutral navigator if needed (HR or other) 2) Determine if more brand learning and training is needed. Review also the skillset of the team, it might be one of the reasons. 3) If needed remove detractors from communicating externally. Agree on a process with HR as you can't risk damage to you brand.
