I am fed up with people having AI write responses for them so they can be a "top voice" on a LinkedIn article that was written with AI to start with. To answer the question: Do not think about your resource needs but speak to your supervisor in terms of the project and ask them what they believe everyone needs to do their part. If it is clear that you will be under-resourced then ask them calmly: "How am I supposed to do that?" and keep quiet. My experience is that once they go through it in their minds they either realise that you would need more/ different resources or they could give you a recommendation on how to get the job done with the resources you do have that you have not thought of.

Client’s requirement and timeline is most important. Resource issues with your supervisor is internal problem and client is not bothered. Hence, sit with your supervisor and justify why you need resources. Supervisor being more experienced may have different thoughts like whether technology can help to reduce number of resources or resource allocation can be in a better way. Hence, discuss with him and find out an amicable solution. If issues still not resolved, then take it to your top leadership and close the issue. Timeline and delivery should be as per client expectations.
