If I spot a safety hazard during a high voltage installation I would :- - Make all personnel working on the installation to stop work and move them to safety - Disconnect power supply to the installation and de-enenergize all high-voltage capacitors - Bring personnel and equipment to fix the safety hazard - When safety is restored, reconnect power supply to the installation and let all personnel continue their work from where they stopped.
