My suggestions as a Manufacturing Engineer, your goals are to optimize processes, ensure product quality, reduce costs, drive continuous improvement, integrate new technologies, maintain safety, and foster cross-functional collaboration. These goals aim to enhance efficiency, quality, innovation, and competitiveness within the manufacturing environment.

Trabalhar com dados e situações reais, com feedback do cliente e interessados, finalizando com uma análise completa (utilizando as ferramentas certas), o fará mais acertivo às metas do projeto, e encurtara caminhos, por mais que terás que lidar, muitas vezes com opiniões contrárias: seja persuasivo, defenda a sua opinião diante dos possível problemas e ganhos potências; não desista. ✈️ voa contrário ao vento!

My opinion is to implement and monitor goals as a Manufacturing Engineer: 1. Set SMART objectives aligned with organizational goals. 2. Develop action plans with clear steps, timelines, and resources. 3. Allocate necessary resources for implementation. 4. Communicate goals and engage stakeholders. 5. Execute action plans, implementing process improvements. 6. Collect and analyze data to monitor progress. 7. Adjust plans as needed based on performance metrics. 8. Provide feedback and recognition to team members. 9. Regularly report progress and review against objectives.

My perspective is to communicate and collaborate effectively as a Manufacturing Engineer: 1. Establish clear channels for communication. 2. Listen actively and share information transparently. 3. Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments. 4. Conduct productive meetings with defined objectives. 5. Use technology for remote collaboration. 6. Build relationships and address conflicts constructively. 7. Encourage feedback to improve processes. 8. Celebrate achievements to foster a positive work environment.

In my POV, as a manufacturing engineering professional - your work and contributions need to fire on all cylinders - people , process and Technology. The transformational goals you drive for your organisation shall encompass all the elements.Another key approach would be to map your passion and purpose , setting your mission on sustainable competitive advantage for your unique competencies or combination of your skillsets . This can make you more resilient & become anti-fragile. More than resilience,antifragility is what that guarantees a resounding self- compassion on the career success . You need to be equipped with driving cost leadership and operational excellence KPIs using digital tools & pilot the digital transformation to add value

it will be showed by the achieving optimum targets (daily basis) with minimum maintenance time and without deteriorating plant and machinery

In my POV 👀, reflecting on personal and professional growth over time, manufacturing engineers can assess their progress and identify areas for further development and improvement. To gauge individual progress by tracking project milestones, monitoring quality metrics, assessing efficiency improvements, evaluating skill development, receiving feedback and recognition, achieving personal and professional goals, and embracing new learning opportunities.
