Often the client asks is to complete within the same timelines .Adjust the plan and project strategy accordingly. Ensure the critical path of the project gets completed without any issue. Check the feasibility of the activity that can be carried out in parallel. Any of the activity can be pulled early and finished. Judicious use of the Resources. 2. Revisit the scope: Have a discussion with the client. Check for the feasibility of any low prioritize items can be deferred for now.
