Let them feel valued by making them contribute to the achievement of the goal of the organization through giving them task that suit to each team skills, tallent and strength. Give feedback to the team that the goals and objectives were achieved because of each members contribution.

Pour maximiser les forces d'une équipe aux compétences diverses, il faut valoriser l’unicité de chacun, aligner les efforts sur un objectif commun et encourager la collaboration en créant des binômes complémentaires. La clé : une communication transparente et un respect mutuel.

Focusing on their respective training needs, resolving the individual problems and creating horminization is the key to success. As team leader you need to be honest, considerate and consistant.

Maximizing strength depends on three key factors: - Proper training for team members: When team members are well-trained, they can perform their tasks effectively without distractions or losing focus and time. - Providing a challenge: It’s important to offer challenges that push team members to think creatively. Challenges motivate individuals to step out of their comfort zones and grow and makes them think out of the box. - Appreciation: Every team member should be appreciated for their efforts. Even if they don’t succeed, recognizing their hard work shows that their dedication is valued.

Algo que implemento al trabajar con equipos multidisciplinarios es lo sig: - Habilidades: Analizo las competencias individuales y grupales, ya que las habilidades pueden variar en el contexto del equipo y la convivencia entre personas con capacidades similares puede ser un reto o una ventaja. - Afinidades: Identifico relaciones afines para una colocación estratégica, asegurando que quienes trabajan bien juntos se complementen, evitando conflictos laborales. - Necesidades del negocio: Alineo las necesidades del negocio, cliente o proyecto con los puntos anteriores, creando equipos efectivos que promuevan una convivencia armónica, desarrollo de habilidades y una gestión eficiente del personal, lo cual se traduce en excelentes resultados.

Trabalhar com uma equipe multidisciplinar exige um equilíbrio entre reconhecer individualidades e promover a colaboração. No meu caso, começo identificando as habilidades de cada um, alinhando as aos objetivos do projeto. Sempre busco criar um ambiente onde todos entendam que seu papel é essencial, reforçando o senso de propósito coletivo. Promovo reuniões curtas, mas assertivas, para alinhar expectativas e abrir espaço para sugestões. O segredo é definir responsabilidades claras e mediar conflitos de forma prática, com foco em soluções, nunca em culpados. Essa abordagem tem garantido resultados positivos e uma equipe engajada
