Here are few key aspects which I have personally witnessed making a difference & standing out as a high performer diverse cross-functional design team. - Transparency and clarity is one of the key - Cross-disciplinary collaborative environment and embarrassing the silos. - Maintaining equal opportunity and avoid bias by fostering diversity and inclusion - Creating a safe space for expression and promoting active listening - Critical thinking prior to decision making - Demonstrate the behavior you want to see including openness, transparency, and respect. When leaders demonstrate trust, they set a standard for the team to follow.
