Just follow the 3 F formula: Food: Bribe with snacks. Who learns on an empty stomach? 🍕 Fun: Turn it into a game. Points, challenges, and maybe a crown for “Automation Royalty.” 🏆 Fear: If the first step of automation is wrong, it can mess up your whole process. So, learn—and learn it well. Otherwise, face the consequences! 😱 End goal: Master the tools. Conquer the chaos. Look like heroes. Repeat.

Empower Automation Developers with the notion of creativity (in a form of allowing them to pioneer solutions as the demand comes into the Backlog, by doing away with the red-tape in a form of Governance and Risk mitigation protocols) and that way they will bring about confidence in an intention to introduce enhancements.
