1) Communicate to your Users that their feedback is very valuable and you're happy to be working with them to really get the solution to address their needs. Highlight that the feedback is super-valuable, but also needs time to action and make sure to stress out the effort required to implement their expactations. 2) If possible, involve your Key Users in the Design phase. This will help to shorten the loop and reduce the feedback in the later phase of the development and move it towards the earlier phase to reduce total effort required to implement the feedback.

Go into an FTE approach of dragging on with tens of small changes. This is inefficient. 2. Be a Yes Man to every feedback. Trying to please everyone is not good for how you are perceived later. 3. Stop communicating. Only leads to further misunderstandings.

Transparency and keeping client at the center is the key. Be upfront about what is part of scope and what is change request. Many times client has a new idea and is ready to pay extra. At other times client has assumed certain functionalities to be present by default. So its a balance we as consultants need to maintain.

This approach ensures users feel involved and valued while fostering a smooth transition to improved designs.
