Being transparent with customer always helps. Understanding customer requirement and being honest in commitment always helps. Customers generally appreciate even in worst kind of situations, transperancy and honesty. If we can communicate well in advance with proper information, webwill never see an irate customer. So the key is to be transparent and honest.. Eachtime.. Everytime.

Important here is to find out the real root cause of the delay. Team members sometimes start working in silos and hence target optimizing their own objectives rather than for team as a whole. Leader must always expose team members to larger picture from time to time so that they know what is final objective of team/organisation and how important is to keep that in mind. Remember for a vehicle to move forward few gears ( called pinions) have to rotate backward.

As someone who is in the employee commute space where things are very dynamic and everyday is action packed with uncertainty around the corner,our Product based solutions bring in certain predictability in the operations to otherwise chaotic environment.However,in the event where we are unable to deliver the Product requirements as per the clients’ demand,we work around by ensuring that those requirements are met using an alternative approach which buys time for us to analyse the requirements and build the Product that will conform to the requirements.End of the day,what the clients need is a Product that meets their demands rather than the ones which is hastily made.Sometimes time needs to be traded-off for quality.

Conflicts are normal but the key is communication, setting expectations and team work. Consistency in aligning with all the key players can generally impact results.

1. Details discussion needed (Transparency). 2. Respect and consider each and every ones input. 3. Identify the gaps if any (Conflicts may be for misunderstanding the people or delivery/product). 4. Find the resolution within the team. 5. Restructure the plan considering everyone's input and show the target of the delivery how it impact the team. 6. Visualize the team plan and target details and identify the gap how much difference in team efforts and target, so that one can Identify which part of (individual or group) of team having the problem and facilitate the details to resolve the conflicts.

First i will check what is the reason for the delay and try to resolve it along with the team and then priorities the work and allotted the same amongst the team member to resolve this issue at the earliest
