In my experience, any 'language barrier' issues are more tied to differing or misunderstood cultural practices/work conventions rather than the use of the language itself. Taken there will be some word nuances not understood, this can be mitigated by having an accepted definition of terms or even language training. The bigger issue can be addressed by having 'culture/work immersions' that explains these differences. Companies should include these to orient across multi racial, multi cultural setup. Just knowing these things are usually enough to solve the barrier.

Ofereço suporte, como materiais traduzidos e sessões de treinamento em comunicação intercultural. Além disso, incentivo o uso de ferramentas de tradução e explico a importância da paciência e empatia, ajudando a equipe a se entender melhor e a resolver desentendimentos de forma colaborativa.

Firstly, you should take responsibility and penalize yourself for building such a team. Once that's out of the equation, have basic norms and ground rules set for a universal / common grounds for communications. If possible have someone in the team who can bridge the language gap. Additionally, when we don't understand others we normally panic which causes such matters into heated discussions, run daily huddles, clear out ripples before they become permanent, diffuse the situations with friendly resolutions on daily basis for 21 days and then things will all work out. Help your team by making everyone feel needed and important.

I would establish a baseline language that we can understand and also see if we can form groups of the same languages spoken so as to have someone in each group to translate (who would be proficient in the general language too). This is so that people can fully express themselves and feel included in conversation and would encourage some basic learnings of each languages so that we can have a symbiotic way of working.
