Gérer un grand volume de retours d’information est une opportunité d’amélioration, et voici comment je ferais pour en tirer le meilleur parti : Je centraliserais tous les retours dans un système unique (tableur, CRM, etc.) et je les classerais par thèmes (contenu, outils, méthodes). Je prioriserais les retours exploitables en évaluant leur pertinence et leur impact. Je les classerais par urgence : immédiat, moyen terme, long terme. Je détecterais les tendances récurrentes pour identifier les points d’amélioration prioritaires, synthétisant tout dans un rapport clair. Je communiquerais les actions entreprises pour valoriser les retours et encourager un dialogue constructif.

According to me getting feedback from various sources is not bad. Yes, it would certainly disturb or bother us or at times confuse us as well but it's also needed for training improvisation. Only when we receive harsh opinions, we tend to think differently, upskill ourselves & bring in a new concepts which can help the training & also thr learners. By taking it in a healthy way, we as a trainer would move towards progressive direction

Feedback provides for insight from candidates. I would create a positive and negative column and find the common issues then look at how those negatives can be worked on to become positives. Whether that would mean changing the training structure to suit or other processes would be subject to the feedback ladder. I would also engage candidates on the feedback from previous sessions, that way, they are actively engaged and provide individual analysis on the fly.
