This will allow you to do small/less important tasks on the rest of the day. 5.Stay hydrated. 6.Listen good music. 7.Do small breaks. 8. Review your performance daily.

If you don't do this first, you might once again incorrectly prioritize tasks again or not identify the distractions that are keeping you from getting your prioritized tasks completed. Did you take too many stress breaks? Did you get trapped by engaging with others too often, either casually or helping to assist them? Did you agree to take on too much? Are you truly competent with the tasks at hand? (There is no shame in telling your boss that it is beyond your expertise or that you need help, unless you over exaggerated your skills and didn't have sense enough to skill up before that skills was needed.)
