A idéia de manter as operações requer atenção as metas de curto prazo , mas não podemos deixar de lado metas de crescimento e sustentabilidade que são a longo prazo, para isso temos que seguir alguns passos em minha opinião: 1- Ter um planejamento estratégico para saber realmente quais são suas metas de curto , médio e longo prazo 2- Fazer uma boa gestão do tempo para trabalhar ambas diretrizes ( curto, médio e longo prazo) 3- Dedicar-se ao máximo sempre na tarefa em que está trabalhando no momento, não temos vários focos ao mesmo tempo, mas no tempo em que está em uma determinada tarefa de o seu melhor. 4- Utilizar ferramentas como a matriz GUT (gravidade , urgência, tendência) para atender as demandas diárias.
