Tools like translators and visuals can also be game changers for clarity and connection.

I make sure to listen carefully, avoid difficult words, and adjust my language to make them feel comfortable. I’m patient and clear when explaining things. I also consider time zone differences for quick responses. Being kind and respecting their values helps build trust. My goal is to stay flexible and focus on what the customer needs to create a positive, smooth experience.
