Balance is a myth the more you try to achieve it, the more chaotic things can become. It’s all about prioritization. Whenever possible, I aim to automate quick queries to free up time for understanding complex issues and providing thoughtful resolutions. If automation isn’t feasible, I make it a point to request additional time. It's important to remember that a human touch in every conversation can be a game-changer because the person on the other side is human too.
