One of the things that I teach in my Train The Trainer program is to always be prepared to deliver 2 levels of materials, and 2 levels of exercises. It happened with me several times. A participant finishes the exercise in few minutes while the others are still thinking how to start. Immediately, I go to the attendees who finished the exercise and I ask them a more difficult question to solve it on the computer. This is done while the other attendees are still solving the first question.
