I believe training works best when it's practical and relatable. For example, when our team adopted UiPath, we started by automating a simple, repetitive task - extracting data from invoices. We ran a hands-on workshop where we built this automation step by step, seeing immediate results. Alongside, we created a support channel for questions and discussions. By solving real problems we quickly understood the value of RPA and gained confidence in using the tools. Start small, stay supportive, and watch the skills grow.

Start with basics and then let the team play around the system with easy and simple tasks. Once they catch up the interest train them on best practices, reusable components, shortcuts etc. With this approach the team will grasp the knowledge and start utilising it.

The real challenge should be how the training can be made effective . For that , it is important to first the team to first understand that the current system is not supportive to their tasks. The team need to understand how the new system can contribute to their job function , how would it contribute to their career growth . Once that is done , normal training process as stated - clear road map , hands-on and ongoing support bit for a pre-defined time along side intermittent evaluation of the progress of learning and usage , will be good for knowledge assimilation and usage.

The best way to introduce RPA tools would be to understand the struggles of your team with outdated system and how can RPA help in solving it. Untill and unless they dnt understand the importance of these tools as well as dont get opportunity to work on them , training them on RPA wont make sense. Hence, after discovering the above two we will start with building blocks and further let team train into advanced version of RPA.

Outdated systems is an abstract term. Because a system can have different reasons when tagged outdated. It could be that it is not a valid solution anymore for the RPA in use. It can't be updated or upgraded. It has developed flaws or have security breech issues which can't be resolved. To overcome these issues, the team should focus on the way around the problem. If it needs Rebuilding the system, Or reprogramming, Or new security measures need to be implemented, Each one of these solutions need different approaches and professionals working on it should sit together and find and resolve the issues based on the ground reality.

I believe that in work teams there are a lot of task that we can automatize with RPA´S, the most difficult is to be able to identificate and decompose the work, identify the involved people on the process and design correctly the RPA. We are going to transform the way many peolple think, there is not only a repetitive and difficult task, there is an opportunity to improve and try new ways to do the work. RPA could help us to do differents works, agilice our routines and save time and money. In the other way, there is a little information about RPA´S is very difficult find the correct technology and learn how to apply in our organizations, fortunately this things are changing and day by day we can find more and more information about.

From my perspective, an effective way to train your RPA team is through hands-on workshops that combine RPA concepts with real-world problem-solving. Step by step, the team will develop a deeper understanding of advanced concepts and best practices, such as creating reusable objects with the object repository or enhancing automation accuracy using image improvement techniques with computer vision, etc. Over time, this approach will build a skilled team with a strong business perspective and practical proficiency.
