Then, I’d look at prioritizing tasks as a team—deciding what’s most critical and what can wait. Delegating and redistributing work where it makes sense is key, but it’s also important to set realistic timelines and make sure everyone has the support they need. I’d encourage regular check-ins to see how things are progressing and adjust as needed. At the end of the day, it’s all about keeping the workload manageable and making sure no one feels like they’re carrying the weight alone.

Zunächst würde ich Verständnis und Offenheit für die Herausforderungen des Teams signalisieren und gleichzeitig konkrete Schritte anbieten, um die Auslastung zu verbessern. Wichtig ist, den Dialog zu fördern und an einer langfristigen Lösung zu arbeiten. Eine für alle tragbare Lösung soll gefunden werden. Um eine ausgewogene Auslastung zu gewährleisten, würden wir gemeinsam die aktuelle Aufgabenverteilung prüfen, um festzustellen, wo Prioritäten gesetzt werden müssen und welche Aufgaben besser verteilt oder verschoben werden können. Dann könnte man noch Arbeitsabläufe optimieren oder externe Unterstützung organisieren. Mir ist wichtig, dass jeder im Team genug Raum hat, um die Aufgaben effizient und stressfrei erledigen zu können.
