Dialogue is imperative for resolving conflicts. I would talk to the concerned, hear them with empathy and clarify the misunderstandings. Would also ensure there is clarity in the assigned tasks and highlight the role that needs to be played by the respective individuals to form a cohesive unit that genuinely believes in teamwork with a winning attitude. I will also be doing regular meetings to discuss progress, issues being faced if any, show stoppers and how to ensure we meet the timelines.
