It is very easy to get overwhelmed with so much learning resources, because the sight and thought of the work ahead could scare alot of teams. -First, I'd prioritize which materials would bring out the most productive results for my team and focus our strength on those. Or - I'd divide the team and assign specific materials to each group. At the end of each team's study, they brief the entire team turn by turn.

In today’s world of information overload, feeling overwhelmed by learning resources is natural. As a manager or leader, your role is to set clear boundaries. While it can be challenging to set boundaries in terms of content, one effective technique is to establish a time limit. For example, I tell my team they have one hour to read about a specific topic, and whatever information they gather in that time is sufficient. After that, they must move on. This ensures they don’t spend excessive time on one task, and that one hour is spent focused on quality learning.
