🚛 Overcoming Resistance to Driver Training Programs 🚛 Introducing new training programs can be challenging, but I’ve found that understanding drivers’ concerns, involving them early, and highlighting the benefits are key to overcoming resistance. For example, as part of my compliance responsibilities, I successfully organized Defensive Driving Training for 100 drivers after the current shipment to ensure they are fully compliant and prepared for the next one. This initiative not only improved safety and compliance but also strengthened trust and collaboration with the drivers. 💡Key Insight: Clear communication, empathy, and collaboration can turn resistance into acceptance, making training programs a positive experience for everyone.
