If so, you must establish a process of absortion from outside and difusion inside. Efficiency may suffer, as your investments in knowledge will increase and disperse. I'm opposed to the stream of technology and the costs associated with them. Sure, I use them but I'll only assign the learning curve in house after the technology has been around a few years. Before that, its better to partner outside than torture inside to take advantage of so many eventually thrown away widgets and the proprietary data files and key strokes of differing software. Waiting has always paid off.
