We faced a similar issue, and hiring a diverse HR team was one of the first steps we took to address language barriers in international hiring. By employing HR specialists who speak multiple languages, we were able to build a team that effectively communicates with candidates from diverse linguistic backgrounds.

To address language difficulties in international hiring, I prioritise clear communication and use translation tools as needed. I also urge candidates to express themselves fearlessly, hence fostering an inclusive environment. Offering language support or training programs helps candidates overcome linguistic barriers. Furthermore, I prioritise skills and experience over absolute fluency, resulting in a diverse and successful team.

I would suggest to follow : 1. In order to achieve more success, every organisation should leverage digital platforms with real-time translations for rapid growth.... connect with Sinch ™ 😊 and make communication simple & flawless. Use the translation software and language-assistive tools for seamless communication within the departments. 2. Provide English training for employees, which is a common language across Globe. 3. Conduct cross-cultural training for better understanding, since India has many countries, cultures and employees comes from all parts of India.

In my experience promoting diversity in international hiring I always created: - Job postings in multiple languages. - Creating job titles with terms like; international, multilingual etc. - Connecting with employees from the same country to have an informal interview with each other. - In my job description I would post videos about the international team.
