Este es un aspecto que deben tomar en cuenta quienes reclutan y quienes buscan nuevos desafíos, pudiendo apalancarse en herramientas, como por ejemplo la traducción simultánea, entre otras. Así mismo las compañías pueden considerar contratar el talento con la brecha del idioma o cultura y brindarles un proceso de onboarding en estos dos aspectos; considerando además que cada vez mas roles se pueden desempeñar de manera remota.
