We must be passionate and curious to know things on technical front and get ourselves updated whenever we get time through reading blogs, surfing web, taking help from ai tools etc. Effectively connect with teams, customers, partners and understanding the difficulties they are facing and help to address. We should be able to communicate and explain things to target audience easily.
