You need to formulate your strategy before starting to create content, or your content will define your strategy. Mostly this is bad. Qualitative research will give you the information you need from your customers and your stakeholders.

While integrating these into our workflows does help with efficiency, physical activity is still important.

Project Management tools like Trello or Asana are essential, but they can do more harm than good to the Contentn Team if you don't align on how to use them. They are great, if they help the team organise their work and have a clear view on what is being worked on and what is left to do in a fast, efficient, and asynchronous way. But if keeping those tools updated becomes an additional main task (because it takes too long, there are too many things to add, or the tool is not straight forward), then they are probably slowing down your collaborative work instead of improving it.

Our team's top of the list is MS Teams, ClickUp and Figma. Doing shorter sprints helps. However, there is no tool to completely replace lengthy face-to-face status checks for large-scale projects.
