Es fundamental reorientar el foco al entorno profesional donde estamos. Ambos pueden defender su postura en el escenario, sin olvidar nunca la regla fundamental de que hay que ser respetuoso con las personas (con todas, aunque no respetemos sus ideas)

Creo que es muy importante dejar claro, que cada uno es libre de tener su opinion, pero debe respetar la del otro, a partir de ahi, deben de respetarse, tomarse su tiempo en espacios separdos y no querer convencer al otro o tener razon, creo que al ser 2 ponentes, que cada uno haga su exposicion y el publico saque sus conclusiones de forma libre, sin hablar mal del otro y respetando siempre a su compañer@.

No caso concreto o importante é entender a visão dos 2 lados e complementar com uma orientação que seja útil a ambos. Sempre existem caminhos que nos ajudam a chegar ao mesmo norte do outro, mas é preciso cuidado e bom senso para determinar certa ideia. Mostrando a visão que poderia ser adotados aos 2 e exemplificando cada parte e com uma orientação mais efetiva.
