This helps the teacher focus on high-impact areas without feeling burdened by every detail. This is particularly reflective to me as a teacher of Autism (where my expertise is with non-verbal teenagers), it becomes apparent that I need to assist them with proper channels of communication. While gestural, guttural utterances do help aid understanding as to how much they feel "stuck", it is best to have a better, standardised way to better understand the full extent to which they feel "stuck". I do place emphasis in individualized communication boards and systems that work best between each ASD student and their teacher. And definitely hope that this system translates back to the student's home to further strengthen their learning and guides understanding for their families.

I find that if a teacher keeps a priority list of students that require assistance in order to improve their academic performance, than such feedback is useful to illicit a positive response. However it's important that a teacher organisms and selects the form of feedback required for improvement such as surveys which are easier to analyze. Too much feedback could be construed as unnecessary noise which will unnecessarily burden the teacher towards non- action. It's important that a teacher avoids such a situation .

How I approach this would depend on the teacher’s needs. Organising a time to listen to how each teacher feels the amount of feedback is affecting them and together, discovering a solution that works for each person.
