One should have a two pronged strategy.. Have a robust recovery plan incorporating mindful breaks in between your work. This will help you handle the immediate stress.. The second and more important strategy will be to enhance your capacity to handle the work itself. Develop and employ tech based solutions to simplify the work. Boost your physical fitness with exercise and proper nutrition. Build a sustainable mindfulness based mental skills practice with regular exercises like Focused Attention exercise, Body Scan and breath work. This will boost your basic capacity to handle work stress. Have a robust social life to enhance well being and connection with family/ friends. There are no short cuts.Put in the effort & reap the benefits

When I’m dealing with tight deadlines and remote work stress, I use the Pomodoro technique, working in focused 25-minute blocks with 5-minute breaks in between. It helps me stay productive without burning out. I also take quick breaks to stretch, grab some water, or step outside for fresh air. Staying organized with a to-do list and setting a clear work end time keeps me on track and helps me relax later.

Managing tight deadlines and the stress of remote work can indeed be overwhelming. To cope effectively, it's important to prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance, breaking larger projects into smaller, manageable steps. This helps create a sense of progress and prevents feeling overwhelmed. Additionally, setting clear boundaries between work and personal life, taking regular breaks, and practicing time management techniques such as the Pomodoro method can help maintain focus and reduce burnout. Lastly, staying connected with colleagues for support and collaboration can also alleviate some of the isolation that can come with remote work.
