La gestion des projets/programmes à travers les consortia obéit à des principes relatifs aux rôles et responsabilités de chaque membre. Ces principes sont clairement définis dans la proposition de projet/programme. Lorsque la communication du LEADER du consortium (rapports techniques périphériques par exemple) enfreint à ces principes, le membre lésé doit rappeler celui-ci à l'ordre à travers le dispositif ou mécanisme de communication mis en place par le consortium.
