In my opinion, the best way of staying focused on the most important deliverables and not be stuck in a loop of managing today's crisis, is clearly identifying Big Rocks and staying true to the milestones needed for the same. Big Rocks are like must win battles. As long as our to- do list constantly focuses on the Big Rocks, KPIs will reflect ongoing progress and impact.
