When overwhelmed by multiple clients, I stay organized by scheduling effectively and focusing on one client at a time. I use tools to track progress, delegate non-essential tasks, and rely on templates or systems to streamline work. Mindfulness helps me stay present and manage stress, while self-care ensures I remain effective and balanced. By setting boundaries and prioritizing quality, I provide the best support possible.

When you're juggling multiple clients and their endless requests, it can feel like you're a 𝐨𝐧𝐞-𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧 𝐜𝐢𝐫𝐜𝐮𝐬. The trick is to 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐥 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐢𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐫 𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐦𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫. 1. Start by 𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐳𝐢𝐧𝐠: determine who needs your attention first and what's urgent versus what can wait. 2. Set 𝐜𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 with each client about timelines and availability. 3. Don't be afraid to 𝐬𝐚𝐲 𝐍𝐎 or 𝐩𝐮𝐬𝐡 𝐛𝐚𝐜𝐤 if something is unrealistic or could derail your focus. With 𝐜𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 and 𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭, you'll keep the 𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐰 𝐫𝐮𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐬𝐦𝐨𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐥𝐲 and still have time for a well-deserved break (with no juggling required).

This is where I am now-the people are different, but the symptoms, and the problem are the same. So I have taken all of my every day conversations and put the answers people want in one place for so I can continue to help clients find top talent and help the talent get the answers without needing 1-1. Or paying for the 1-1. Be on the looking #eas for more in 2025 😊

Aprendi a dizer 'não' quando necessário. Aceitar apenas projetos que realmente posso gerenciar me ajuda a garantir qualidade e a manter o equilíbrio. Além disso, estabelecer limites é fundamental. Deixo claro meus horários de trabalho e respondo dentro de prazos específicos, garantindo que as expectativas dos clientes estejam alinhadas com o que posso entregar.

I remember some basic principles 1. The person in front of me is the most important person in that moment. Everyone else can wait for a moment. 2. The work I do will never end, so refer back to number 1. 3. Everyone is replaceable. The best I can do for someone is make them the focus of my attention when they are with me. Hence why I do not answer phone calls or respond to emails when I am in appointments.
-
These are some techniques that I use: 1. Create a calendar and maintain a flow of appointments. 2. Schedule the appointments with 15 mins gap to avoid delays. 3. Use applications that assist in maintaining appointments and calendar. 4. Auto generated mails and responses to enable ease of communication. 5. Scheduling the flow of follow-up sessions in advance to prevent any overlaps
