I am a huge believer of the Eisenhower - Important vs Urgent Matrix to help with prioritisation, planning, delegation and eliminate "busy work" of limited value. Since we live in a competitive environment, it is essential to review priorities and progress regularly. Embrace change and be ready to pivot using data insights.
